EFT is well documented to help with emotional, and often physcial, issues including stress, grief, anger, abuse, trauma, relationships, and many others. EFT is a way to process emotional issures, rather than be stuck with them or try to work around them. This work is often profound and we can often laugh while releasing negative emotions.
